seriously, try this stuff if you get a chance, its delicious.
Maggie Beer's burnt fig jam, honeycomb & caramel ice cream is a flavour fireworks. Its not for kids. The burnt fig jam makes me think of sunny summer afternoons and the caramel reminds me of a trip to the milk bar.
these are real, grown up flavours and they work like little gnome gardeners taking you away from it all, to a magical place.

I agree. Having discovered her burnt fig jam I am unable to make myself try any of the others in case they don't meet the excellence standard set by the burnt fig ice cream. My only complaint is that once the lid comes off I can't stop until it is all gone.
